Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly ensure all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. RUVEN STUDIO does not process shipments on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from Ludhiana, India.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after placing your order. If you do not see the confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk email folder.

Due to high demand, items may occasionally become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or via check mailed to the address listed on the order. For refunds to the original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to appear on your bank statement.

All orders are subject to review by our security team and may be cancelled by RUVEN STUDIO at any time.

Once processed by our fulfilment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, or markdown periods.

Pre-Order Policy:

Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship upon arrival at our facility. Payment for pre-order items will be charged at checkout. Once placed, pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled. For inquiries, please contact us at contact@ruvenstudio.in.

Shipping Methods:

  • Domestic Shipping (India): RUVEN STUDIO offers complimentary standard shipping (3-7 days) within India.
  • International Shipping: RUVEN STUDIO provides worldwide shipping. Delivery duties and fees vary by location. For questions about international shipping, please contact contact@ruvenstudio.in.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or equivalent courier services. Please note that shipping times do not account for the 24-48 hour order processing window.

Lost Packages:

Once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, RUVEN STUDIO is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.

During sale or promotional periods, all sales are final. RUVEN STUDIO reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue markdowns without prior notice. Price adjustments will not be made for items purchased before a price reduction.
