Refund & Exchange Policy

Applicability of Policy

By using our portal and/or purchasing products on our website, you agree to the terms of this policy without modification. If you do not agree, please refrain from transacting on our website.

Please note that this policy may be updated periodically. Ensure you review it before initiating any transaction to stay informed about the terms applicable at that time.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We currently operate an exchange-only policy. Exchanges are applicable if the product(s) do not meet your size expectations.

Exchange Eligibility:

  1. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags intact.
  2. Products must be returned in the original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase or payment receipt is required.

How Exchanges Work:

  • If your desired size is unavailable, you may choose an alternate product of the same value or receive store credits, valid for 6 months from the issue date.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, our logistics partner will pick up the item within 24–48 hours.
  • Returned items will undergo a quality check upon reaching our warehouse. Once approved, your exchange will be processed, with delivery estimated between 7–10 working days.
  • Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchanges.

Damages and Other Issues

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours for resolution.
  • Reports made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Prepaid Orders:

  • Prepaid orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.


Exchange Process

You may initiate an exchange if:

  1. The product does not fit.
  2. The product or shipping package is damaged.
  3. The product is defective.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Products must be in unused, undamaged, and unwashed condition.
  • Tags, packaging, and accompanying accessories must be intact.
  • Products sold as a set must be exchanged as a set.
  • No foul odour, stains, scratches, or damage should be present on the item.
  • Exchanges must be requested against the order under which the product was purchased.
  • In case, a particular product is unavailable for exchange, refunds for prepaid orders will be issued as store credits equal to the product’s selling price or MRP. Store credits are:

      • Non-refundable and redeemable only on our website.

Reverse Logistics:

Once your exchange request is acknowledged, our reverse-logistics partner will arrange for pickup. If the product does not meet the conditions listed above, the exchange request may be rejected.
